Chris' skater-girl chauffeur goes
by the name Julz Lynn. Everyone keeps asking if she's
Julie Kindstrand, the pro skater girl who won the Pro-Tec and swept all
the World Cup bowl
contests in 2009, the one with a pro spotlight on Xtv's Skate Shift,
the one who -
wait a second...
Be careful what you wish for. For
months I'd been hoping and praying that Chris would get
himself a car, or even a friend with a car. Then I wouldn't have to
pick him up when we
film each episode. Good news is: he got a ride. The bad news is: they
went to the wrong
park. The worse news is: the girl who drove him... I can't even type it.
I've recently had an epiphany. I
came across a movie so awesome that I had to devote
a whole two-part episode to its awesomeness. And since this is a blog
about skateparks,
I went to a park that is amazingly just as awesome as the most
over-looked gem of the
2003 awards season. I proudly present Everything

We got a cool shout out today

Blazing Arizona: OMA BBQ 09
12.03.2009
It seems the Skatepark Blog
is really picking up some steam. We were invited to attend
the 4th annual OMA BBQ out in Arizona. Apparently we have a ton of fans
out there.
Chris was really excited for the road trip. Right on!
This episode is so chock full of awesome that we needed to break it
into two parts, lest
you become overwhelmed. Go here for part 2.
“Lanny Birch’s Skatepark Blog” is a

Lanny Birch’s adventures in his favorite skateparks in Southern
California along with his long-lost, infinitely annoying nephew,
Streetskater Chris and Chris' friend Julz.
